About us
Pro Commodities B.V. was founded in 2012 and operates from the Netherlands. We trade food and beverage commodities across four continents and own one production facility — the start of a long-term ambition to put origin closer to client.
Who we are
We are a small team of trade professionals with backgrounds in agricultural commodities, shipping, finance and logistics. What started in 2012 as a focused trading desk has grown into an international operation with offices, partners and warehouses across multiple regions.
We chose food and beverage commodities deliberately. These are products people need every day — predictable demand, mature supply chains, and the kind of long-term relationships that reward consistency over speculation. We are not chasing the next hot market. We are building a trading house we expect to be running for the next thirty years.
What we do
We supply rice, sunflower oil, energy drinks and coffee in volume to wholesalers, importers, distributors and producers. We act as principal — meaning we take ownership of the product and the responsibility that comes with it. We are not a broker chain.
For rice, we work directly from our own production facility in India, allowing us to control quality, packaging and timing in a way most traders cannot. For sunflower oil and energy drinks, we work with established European producers. For coffee, we source through long-standing partnerships in South America. Every product line has the same operational standard, regardless of where it originates.
